An application in respect of The Sandsgate, St Thomas Road, Hemsby, Great Yarmouth, NR29 4JE has been made to Great Yarmouth Borough Council as follows:
Proposed Variation
· Expansion of licenced area to include a new outdoor bar on the patio to the South of the premises.
· Outdoor bar hours of service of alcohol: 12.00 – 22.00 daily, whilst the outdoor bar is in place (which is expected to be between Easter and the late summer bank holiday).
The Council’s Licensing Register, together with details of this application, may be inspected at the Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF during usual office hours.
Representations concerning this application, which must be in writing, can be made to the Licensing Team, Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF or to licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk within a period of 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the Council. This period will expire on 24 August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5000.
