NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a VARIATION of a Premises Licence has been made by
Wolverhampton City Council
to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as
Bilston Retail Market
which are situated at
Market Way, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 0DR
The application to vary is as follows:
1. To add Plays and Films as Licensable activities.
2. To replace the current operating schedule with an updated operating schedule.
3. To update the premises plans.
4. To extend the licensable timings as follows:
Proposed Licensable timings:
Plays, Films, Live/Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything Similar to Dance or
Music (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300 hours.
Sale/Supply of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300 hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing to:
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by
2 September 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale,
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
