NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Diverse
Dining Ltd has applied to London
Borough of Southwark on 07 August
2026 for the grant of a premises
licence to use the premises at Shake
Shack, Unit 14 Hays Galleria, Tooley
Street, London, SE1 2HD for the
sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to
Saturday 12:00-23:00 and Sunday
12:00-22:00, as more particularly
set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this
application must give notice in
writing to: The Licensing Service,
Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street,
London, SE1 2QH or by email to:
licensing@southwark.gov.uk to be
received by no later than 04
September 2026 stating the grounds
for making said representation.
The register and a record of the
application can be inspected on the
Council’s website www.southwark.
gov.uk or by appointment at the
Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of
the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement
in or in connection with an
application for a premises licence
and the maximum fine on being
convicted of such an offence is
unlimited.
