The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 22nd day of August 2026

To extend the permitted hours for regulated entertainment from 03:00 until 05:00 hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday Monday

To extend the permitted hours for sale of alcohol and late night refreshment from 03:00 until 05:00 hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday Monday

To incorporate the use of the upper (second) floor of the building into the licensed premises Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 21st August 2026. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
