Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Isle of Wight Council on 29th July 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Folly Inn, Folly Lane, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO32 6NB.
The application is to vary the hours for Sale of Alcohol from 10:00am on a Monday to Sunday (inclusive), no changes to the terminal hour. For further details, please view the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 26th August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Isle of Wight Council, Licensing Section, Jubilee Stores, The Quay, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 2EH or by email to licensing@iow.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the above council offices, between 8:30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Fridays or view online at www.iow.gov.uk
The licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
