Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her representation by 1st September, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Charnwood Borough Council, Southfields Loughborough, LE11 2TX OR email licensing@charnwood.gov.uk.

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or on-line on www.charnwood.gov. uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum, fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
