42 Main Street East Leake LE26PG HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made to Rushcliffe Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises known as Ruthergan's Ltd.
The Application for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to include the provision of Late-night refreshment and sale of alcohol.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays - 16:00- 18:00. Friday and Saturday evenings - 16:00-22:30. Sunday - 16:00-18:00.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Service at the Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre, West Bridgford Library, Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT, at the aforesaid on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00, except Bank Holidays.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested party must be made in writing by 28th August to the Licensing Service Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7YG or by email to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
