What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Torfaen County Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, 5 Gwent Leisure Park, Glyndwr Road, Cwmbran NP44 1QS.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Torfaen County Borough Council, Civic Centre, Pontypool NP4 6YB or online at www.torfaen.gov.uk

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@torfaen.gov.uk any time up to and including 25th August 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
