What is proposed?

Public notice licensing act 3003

We Countisbury kitchen ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at North Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at The Ramblers Rest, Countisbury, Lynton EX35 6NY.

The application is to:

1. To enable the supply of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 22.30.

Representations should be received by The licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, commercial road, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31,1DG or by email to licensing@northdevon.gov.uk.

The Licensing Act 2003 Public Register, Record of Applications and representation form are available on website www. northdevon.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/ entertainment -and-alcohol-licences.

Representations must be made not later than 28 days after the date of this notice 8th August 2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal hours.
