What is proposed?

Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I Joshua Banham have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Odd One Out

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 09:00 to 23:00 hours, seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by (delete as applicable) Barrow Licensing, Public Protection Services, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or email: commercial@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 25/08/2026 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
