NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council on 3rd August 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, Land to the North of the Heads of the Valley Road, off Rhymney Common Road, Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 2YG.
For the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises, enabling the restaurant to open 24/7.
Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of :- The Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 31st August 2026
Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
