NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that AMANDA JAYNE SLATER has applied to the City of Lincoln Council for a Premises Licence for: AMANDA'S CAFE LINCOLN, Unit 1, Thorngate House, St Swithins Square, Lincoln, LN2 1HA. The proposed application is to enable the following licensable activities to take place: The Supply of Alcohol (for consumption ON the premises): Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:30 daily.(The overall proposed opening hours of the premises are Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00 daily).
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD. Alternatively, representations can be emailed to: licensing@lincoln.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 01/09/2026 A record of this application may be inspected during standard office hours at the City of Lincoln Council at the address above, or via their online licensing register at www.lincoln.gov.uk. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
