Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Harry Weatherill to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Coffee Depot which are situated at 43a Carholme Road, Lincoln, LN1 1RN.
The proposed licensed activities to be carried out at the premises:
Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Seven days a week 10:00 to 23:00
The record of applications may be inspected by request of: The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment City of Lincoln Council City Hall Beaumont Fee Lincoln LN1 1DD
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing by 2 September 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
