We, Blue Rider Group Ltd, do hereby give notice that on 5 August 2026, we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at 3 Birdwood Court, High Street, Totnes, TQ9 5SG known as Centre.
The application is for:
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 22:30.
Provision of films (indoors), Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 22:30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 2 September 2026. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
