APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by The Windmill Inn Ltd to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Windmill Inn, The Cliff, Ingham, Lincoln, LN1 2YQ.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, WLDC, The Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough. DN21 2NA, by appointment or at www.west-lindsey.gov.uk, search for ‘Licensing Register’.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, WLDC at the above address by midnight 01/09/26.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
