NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE THAT OMG L1 VENUE LIMITED Has applied for a variation of a PREMISES LICENCE for premises at 11 / 15, NORTH JOHN STREET , LIVERPOOL, L2 5QY. 

For the following licensable activities:

1. Remove all existing embedded restrictions, & all existing annex 2 conditions, and replace with new conditions.

2. Vary the existing hours in order to extend the current finish time to 02:00 daily (close at 02:30) for all licensable activities.

3. Vary the Licence in order to include licensable activities relating to live & recorded music, plays, films, performance of dance & anything similar.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 3rd day of September 2026

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
