We: YRGOLF LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at:

DOVE LANE, SIDMOUTH, DEVON, EX10 8AN

and known as: YRGOLF

The application is to:

Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:

Sunday to Thursday: 10am - 11pm

Friday and Saturday: 10am - 01:00am

The provision of recorded music:

Sunday to Thursday: 9am - 11pm

Friday and Saturday: 9am - 01:00am

Premises opening hours:

Sunday to Thursday: 9am - 11pm

Friday and Saturday: 9am - 01:00am

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 25th August 2026.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
