What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Isle of Anglesey County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Albert Vaults at 32 Stanley Street, Holyhead, Anglesey, LL65 1HL. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To vary the hours on Sunday until 02:00 hours in respect of Retail Sale of Alcohol, Late Night Refreshment and Recorded Music.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28th August 2026 (www.anglesey.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
