What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Fox & Hounds (The Surbiton Fox), 60 Portsmouth Road, Surbiton, Surrey KT6 4HS.
The variation proposed is as follows:- 1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance Drawing No. 2566 – 501 Rev. A dated June 26 which accompanies the variation and to include the extent of the premises within the red line licensed area. 2. Remove Annex 2 condition 8 and replace with new condition as detailed within the application.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames Licensing Authority, Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1EU during normal office hours or www.kingston.gov.uk
This application was lodged with Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames Licensing Authority on 30 July 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames Licensing Authority at the above address or licensing@kingston.gov.uk no later than 27 August 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
