What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE LICENCING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION
We, the Stone Food & Drink Festival do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licencing Authority at Stafford Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at Westbridge Park, Stafford Road, Stone, Staffordshire ST15 0EX - know as Westbridge Park.
The application is to: extend the hours to sell alcohol at the Food & Drink Festival, and any other event managed by The Stone Food & Drink Festival, such as Oktoberfest, from 20.00 to 22.00 hours on Friday & Saturday evenings.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licencing Team, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licencing Authority's address during normal office hours.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
