Application for a Variation lo the Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain Limited has applied to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl, 31 -35 Blagdon Road, New Maiden, KT3 4AH.

The proposed variation is to update the layout plan attached to the licence as the store is being extended into the next-door unit. No changes are being sought to the current times, conditions or activities currently permitted. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on conviction of such an offence is an unlimited fine.
