Grant an application under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that John Hills has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council.

For a Club Registration Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Kimpton Bowls Club Recreation Ground, Kimpton SG4 8RA

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises on Monday to Sunday from 1200 hours to 2300 hours. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
