NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Pren Tap House Limited has applied to Westmorland and Furness Council on 29th July 2026 for the Grant/Variation* of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Kitridding Farm Shop situated at Kitridding Farm, Lupton, Nr Carnforth, LA6 2QA.
The licensable activities proposed are:
• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. Between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to: Licensing Manager, Westmorland and Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DQ.
Representations must be received no later than 25th August 2026. The Licensing Register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or viewed online at www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000
