ADDRESS OF PREMISES: Newland Street from the Junction With Mill Lane Extending To The Library, Newlands Shopping Centre External Area, The Grove Shopping Centre External Area, Lockram Lane Car Park And Kings Chase leading to and including Witham Town Park.
SUMMARY OF APPLICATION: That For 8 Individual Days A Year The Council May Hold An Event Which Could Include The Performance Of A Play, Film, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance Of Dance Or Anything of a similar description from 9am-10pm Monday to Sunday.
A COPY OF THIS APPLICATION MAY BE INSPECTED ON THE LICENSING REGISTER AT CAUSEWAY HOUSE, BRAINTREE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM TO 5PM.
ANY PERSON WISHING TO MAKE REPRESENTATION SHOULD WRITE TO: LICENSING OFFICER, BRAINTREE DISTRICT COUNCIL, CAUSEWAY HOUSE, BOCKING END, BRAINTREE, ESSEX CM7 9HB BY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2026.
