What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING APPLICATION

LICENSING ACT 2003

On July 30th, 2026, Oxford Said Business School Limited applied to Oxford City Council for a new premises licence for Global Leadership Centre, Said Business School, Osney Power Station, Russell Street, Oxford, OX2 0AR.

The application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol from 12:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The premises shall not be open to member

of the public

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St. Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1BX (call 01865 252565 to confirm arrangements) or email licensing@oxford.gov.uk.

Any person may make a representation in writing relating to this application stating the grounds for the representation to be received no later than August 27th, 2026, addressed to the Licensing Authority above.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, to make a false statement knowingly or recklessly in connection with this application.
