NOTICE is hereby given that Great British Festivals Ltd applied on 30th July, 2026 for a Premises Licence to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as: Ashley Hall Showground, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 3QA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Sale of Alcohol, Late Night Refreshment and Provision of Regulated Entertainment on Thursday 15th July, 2027 to Sunday 25th July, 2027 between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL. Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
