Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence

Notice Is Given That A Plaice for Lost Soles Ltd, has applied to The London Borough of Hackney on 30 July 2026 to Vary the Premises Licence at A Plaice for Lost Soles Restaurant, 379 - 380 Mentmore Terrace, London, E8 3PH, so as to Vary The Layout plans to reflect changes to layout and the inclusion of a mezzanine level, and to amend or remove Licence Conditions, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY, or by email to: licensing@hackney.gov.uk, to be received by no later than 27 August 2026, stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website: www.hackney.gov.uk, or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
