Notice Is Given That OSM Limited has applied to Tower Hamlets Council on 31 July 2026, for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at 6 Horner Square, Old Spitalfields Market, London, E1 6EW, for the provision of the Sale by retail of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 22:30 and Sundays 10:00 to 19:30, as more particularly set out in the application. The application is to reinstate the Licence on the exact same terms as was previously Licensed under Licence numbered 12274.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ, to be received by no later than 28 August 2026, stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk, or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a Premises Licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
