Schedule 3

Notice is hereby given that we: Serena Baxter and
Paul Harrison (BAXTER’S BARS LTD) Applied on
(date): 04/08/2026 To: Preston City Council in
respect of the premises known as Room 32 for a
licence to use the premises as a ‘Sexual
Entertainment Venue’.
ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application
should write to: Preston City Council, Licensing
Services, Environmental Health Department, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL by no later
than:- 25/08/2026.
Letters in support should also be sent to Licensing
Services by that date. Please note that any
written representations received in response to
this consultation are likely to be required to be
made available for public inspection in accordance
with the Local Government (Access to Information)
Act 1985.
