NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Emma Cole do hereby give notice that l have applied to the Licensing Authority at Fenland District Council for a new Premises Licence Registration Certificate for the Town Hall, Market Place, March, PE15 9JF.
And known as Station 21 Coles Cafe and Lounge Bar.
The application is to permit:
Films (indoors) 9:00am - 23:59
Live Music (Indoors/ Outdoors) 9:00am - 23:59
Recorded Music 9:00am - 23:59
Provision of late night refreshments 23:00am - 23:59
Sales by retail of alcohol (On/Off Sales) 9:00am - 23:59
Non standard timings were confirmed with the applicant and as requested are below - Christmas Eve from the end of permitted hours to 2:00am, Boxing Day from the end of permitted hours to 1:00am, New Years Eve from the end of permitted hours to 2:00am, Easter Saturday, Sundays immediately preceding a bank holiday Monday Including Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Summer Bank Holiday, any additional UK bank holidays, St George's Day, ( where celebrations are held), Kings Official birthday celebratrations, VE or VJ Day Commemorations, major national sporting events involving the National England Team, or home Nation in the World Cup, European Championships, Six Nations, Rugby World Cup or similar internationally recognised tournaments, any additional nationally recognised celebrations of commemorative events as announced by the UK Government from the end of permitted hours to 1:00am
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Department, Fenland District Council, Fenland Hall, County Road, March Cambs, PE15 8NQ or by email to licensing@fenland.gov.uk not later than 1st September 2026
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on conviction being £5000.
