NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION* OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE that I Mollie Power have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Oi Dumplings Ltd 9 Peel Street Marsden HD7 6BR

For a variation to our license of the sale of alcohol from 10:00 - 18:00 to 10:00 - 23:00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 03/09/2026

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
