APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Sapphire Group England LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of: Japes Unit 6, University Green 138 Oxford Road Manchester M13 9GP

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Unit Manchester City Council PO Box 532 Town Hall Extension Albert Square Manchester M60 2LA or by email to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 3 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
