LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council on 27th July 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, Unit 3 Alexandra Mills Retail Park, Gresley Road, Keighley, BD21 5JG for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.
Representations must be made in writing no later than 24th August 2026 to :- The Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:30 Friday. The licensing register is also available online at www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk
Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
