NXT STOP Limited hereby gives notice that it has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as NXT STOP Convenience Store 8-9 Fryern Arcade Winchester Road Chandlers Ford Eastleigh SO53 2PD for the sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06:00 to 23:00 daily.
The relevant Licensing Authority is Eastleigh Borough Council and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House Upper Market Street Eastleigh SO50 9YN or Civic Centre Southampton SO14 7LY during office hours or online at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03registers
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, or by email to licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk, or via Public Access on the above online address, to be received by it by the 28th August 2006.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
