Notice is hereby given that Rios Brazilian Steakhouse Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Silver Spur (former Rio ) Unit 6A Freemans Place, Durham City DH1 1SQ
An application is made to account for a change in the layout; to extend the hour to which licensable activities can take place to 0130 on Friday and Saturday; to add live and recorded music, film, dancing and similar activities ( to take place 1000 to 0000 Sunday to Thursday, and 1000 to 0130 Friday and Saturday ); to replace the current schedule of conditions; to extend the ambit of the licence to include the current external area; to amend the closing times. New conditions will apply.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 26 August 2026 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services PO Box 274 Stanley DH8 1HG.
