Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has appliedin respect of Windsor Castle, Bath Road, Maidenhead, SL6 4JT for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to the layout and design of the premises in accordance with
the submitted plan (2686-502), which reflects a general refurbishment, changes to fixed seating and revised position of bin store. To remove dated conditions from the existing premiseslicence and add some further conditions, in order to further promote the licensing objectives.
The operating times, licensable activities and all other conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unchanged.
