NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Claire Henderson applied on the 01st July 2026 to North Tyneside Licensing Authority for a Variation to a premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Longsands Fish Kitchen, 27 Front Street, Tynemouth, Tyne And Wear, NE30 4DZ.
The variations to Licensable activities are:
Add Takeaway area onto licensed area
Add off sales to Licence
Amend condition 3 to the following “alcohol only to be served to customers who purchase a meal at the premises” and to remove condition 4
Any representation to this application must be given in writing to: The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE12 6QQ or email liquor.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
