Scott’s of Southend, Sutton Road, Rochford, SS4 1LQ. Scott’s of Southend Ltd has applied to Rochford Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises to allow the following activities to take place:

On & Off Sales of alcohol: Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 22:30hrs

Live & Recorded Music: Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 22:00hrs

The full application and public licensing register may be inspected at the address below during normal business hours or on the council’s website: https://www.rochford.gov.uk/

Persons wishing to make representations must do so in writing using the Council’s online form, or by post to the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, Civic Suite, 2 Rayleigh Road, Rayleigh SS6 8EB, or by email to licensing@rochford.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 25/08/2026

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
