Tee Time Catering Ltd is applying for a premises licence for The Westbury Inn, Westbury sub Mendip, Wells, Somerset BA5 1HA.
The proposed licensable activities are as follows: For the sale of alcohol on and off premises and regulated entertainment – live and recorded music, Mon-Thurs 11.00-23.00, Fri & Sat 11.00-01.00, Sun 11.30-22.30.

Or you can make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Somerset Council, Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT, by phoning 0300 123 2224.
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 25th August 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
