NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Cygnus 1A Limited and Cygnus 1B Limited as joint trustees of Cygnus 1 Unit Trust to Leicester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 6B New Walk 19 Wellington Street, Leicester, LE1 6TF.

This application is for a Premises Licence made on ostensibly the same terms as the previous Premises Licence LEIPRM0552 to permit Live music, recorded music and sale of alcohol by retail (off the premises) from 11:00am to 03:00am Monday to Friday.

This application is also for proposed opening hours between 09:00am and 03:30am Monday to Sunday. Full details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office or online at https://www.leicester.gov.uk/businessand- licences/licences-and-permits.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Leicester City Council, Licensing, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ or by emailing licensing@leicester.gov.uk no later than 28 August 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
