What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited have applied to Stoke-On-Trent City Council on 3rd August 2026 to vary the Premises Licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, at Lysander Road, Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 7TW.
The variation is to remove Condition 20 from Annex 2 of the current Premises Licence restricting the premises to trade as Drive-Thru and Delivery orders only between 00:00 and 05:00, enabling the indoor restaurant to remain open 24/7.
The wording regarding these restrictions will also be removed from under the “Opening Hours of the Premises” section on both the Premises Licence and the Premises Licence Summary.
