Notice is hereby given that Wyboston Lakes Limited has
applied to Bedford Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as
Woodlands Event Centre, Wyboston Lakes Business and
Leisure Village, Great North Road, Wyboston, Bedford,
MK44 3AL. This application relates to an extension of an
existing licensed premises, with activities and hours
as already authorised under premises licence
BBC/PNEW/492/20. The proposed licensable activities and
their hours are: Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music,
Performances of Dance and Anything of a Similar
Description to Live Music, Recorded Music and
Performances of Dance from 11:00 hours to 01:00 hours
Monday to Thursday; 11:00 hours to 02:00 hours Friday
and Saturday; and 12:00 hours to 00:00 hours Sunday
(indoors only); Recorded Music and Films (indoors only)
and Sale of Alcohol (on and off the premises) from 07:00
hours to 01:00 hours Monday to Thursday; 07:00 hours to
02:00 hours Friday and Saturday; and 07:00 hours to 00:00
hours Sunday; Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours
to 01:00 hours Monday to Thursday; 23:00 hours to 02:00
hours Friday and Saturday; and 23:00 hours to 00:00 hours
Sunday (indoors and outdoors); Additional non-standard
timings as detailed in the application; Opening Hours
unrestricted Monday to Sunday. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by Licensing Authority, Bedford
Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford
MK42 9AP or via email to

later than 27th August 2026 stating the grounds for
representation. The register of Bedford Borough Council
and the record of the application may be inspected at the
address of the council, given above, during normal business
hours or on the council’s website -
