I, Christopher Marks, hereby give notice that I have applied to High Peak Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: The Master Fryer, 94-96 Albion Road, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 3EY.
The proposed licensable activities and hours are Sale by retail of alcohol (on/off the premises): Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00  Live/Recorded music: Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00
A record of the application can be inspected by appointment at the licensing authority offices at High Peak Borough Council, Market Street, Buxton, SK17 6EL during normal office hours (mon-fri 9am to 1pm) 
Any person or responsible authority wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to High Peak Borough Council, Market Street, Buxton SK176EL or

email licensing@highpeak.gov.uk no

later than  1st September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application,- the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
