NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Name of applicant: Youlgrave Parish Council
Address of premises: Alport Lane Playing Fields Alport Lane Youlgrave, DE45 1WN
It is proposed to licence the above premises under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit:
Monday to Saturday 10am to midnight and Sunday 10am to 11pm
for recorded music, performances of dance, and supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Monday to Saturday 10am to midnight and Sunday 10am to 11pm for plays, films, live music (1 st April to 30 th September only).
Monday to Saturday from 11pm to Midnight for provision of late-night refreshment
