NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are:

Describe briefly below the nature of the proposed variation to those current activities:
Deletion and replacement of conditions as agreed with Hampshire Constabulary and Licensing Authority; and Increase in timings for the provision of all current licensable activities from 07:00 until 03:00 hours

Any relevant representations should include a name and address and will be deemed public documents, will be forwarded to the licence holder and will be considered by the licensing authority.
