Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain
Limited have made an application under Section
17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Calderdale
Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great
Britain Limited, Skircoat Road, Halifax, HX1 2RF
for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the
premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to
Sunday.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may
make representations regarding the application
where they believe that the proposed activities
would undermine any of the four licensing
objectives.

must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit,
Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by no later than
27/08/2026.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register
may do so at the above address during normal
office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
and on summary conviction would be liable to a
fine not exceeding £5000.
