Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Court De Padel Prestatyn Limited has applied to Denbighshire County Council on 27/07/2026 for a new premises licence for Court De Padel, Unit I-5 Prestatyn Business Park, Warren Drive, Prestatyn, LL19 7AZ. The proposed application is to permit the provision of live music, recorded music, and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 01:00 and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 01:00, on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.
The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority.
Closing date for representations to the application is 24/08/2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Senior Licensing Officer, Planning Public Protection and Countryside Services, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62 Ruthin, LL1 5AZ. Email: licensing@denbighshire.gov.uk. Please note your representation will be included in any public documents associated with the application process.
