NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I Stuart Turnbull have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as The Drovers Rest, Monkhill, Carlisle CA5 6DB. The proposed licensable activities are: Films, Indoor sporting events, Recorded music, Performances of dance, Anything of a similar description, Live Music, Late night refreshment and Supply of Alcohol.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing to the Licensing Manager, Licensing Team, Cumberland Council, Civic Centre, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by emailing to: licensing2@cumberland.gov.uk no later than 26th August 2026 stating the grounds for the representation.

The full application can be viewed at the given address between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday or on the Councils website www.cumberland.gov.uk

IT IS AN OFFENCE, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale on summary of conviction.
