A copy of this application can be viewed at the licensing office in office hours by appointment (01752 304141) or at the Council’s website – www.plymouth. gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The offence is punishable on summary conviction by a fine of any amount.
