Notice is given that Berkcan Altun has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Magna Carta, 4-6 Bournemouth Road, Poole, BH14 0ES. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 28th day of July 2026. The sale by retail of alcohol ON the premises from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 23:30 & Friday to Saturday from 10:00 to 02:30. Recorded Music Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00; Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 03:00. Live Music every Sunday from 14:00 to 18:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 25/08/2026. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website.
